If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, We invite you to

review our policy on refunds and returns.

Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at our offices for further assistance.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

Non-returnable items:

  • Any Customized or personalized product unless there is an error in printing or manufacturing of the item
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • PPE items such as Masks and Gaitors

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Downloadable Content
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Mail in:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In store:
If you visit one of our stores for a refund, please provide your order number or a copy of your receipt. Under no circumstances will a refund be offered without one of the two proof of purchase items. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your spam folder for a message from Martin Sports.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at our main office 906-486-8282 or send us an email at [email protected] and we will send you a shipping label. Exchanges will take place once the original item has arrived at our facility and has been inspected by a staff member. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,
you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or account credit will be issued to you.

Returning Goods

If the item has been proven defective, we will issue a return shipping label at no cost to you.
If the item is not defective and you wish to attempt a return, please ship the Items to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Items or proof of received return delivery.
